SEPTEMBER 22, 2024
The acclaimed Wisconsin Wind Orchestra will make their Oconomowoc debut with a program of dance music that spans the continents and the centuries.
Conducted by Dr. Lawrence Dale Harper, the WWO consists of two flutes, two oboes, two clarinets, two bassoons, two horns and a double bass. This “double wind quintet” with bass is one of the only ensembles of its kind in the world.
The Wisconsin Wind Orchestra was established in 1995 and became the resident professional ensemble of Carroll University in 1998. The group features some of the finest musicians in southeast Wisconsin.
